The Effect of Gamisamultang and Gamisak unjatang in the Antihyperlipidemia and Antihypertention

Abstract
|
|
|
In order to study the effects of the Herb-med. Of Gamisamultang andGamisagunjatang on antilipidemia and antihypertensive effect in Rat, the levels of triglyceride, phospholipid, and total-cholesterol in the serum were measured.
@ES The results were obtained as follow:
@EN 1) Gamisamultang extract has decreasing effects on the serum triglyceride and phospholipid level and Gamisagunjatang extract has decreasing effect on the total-cholesterol level in Rat, but both are not significantly.
2) In the hyperlipidemia Rat induced by Triton WR-1339, Gamisamultang extract has significant decreasing effect on the serum triglyceride level and Camisagunjatang extract has significant deceasing effect on serum total-cholesterol level.
3) In the hyperlipidemia Rat induced by 75% fructose, Gamisamultang extract has significant decreasing effects on serum triglyceride and phospholipid level.
4) In the hypercholesterolemia Rat induced by 1% cholesterol diet, Gamisagunjatang extract has significant decreasing effect on serum total-cholesterol level.
5) Gamisamultang and Gamisagunjatang extract both have significant antihypertensive effect on several experimental animals.
